Shipping:
We ship by UPS ground or USPS. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification can be sent to an email address by request.

Out of stock items
Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will contact you once the backordered item is restocked.

Returns and Exchanges
Brass-n-Sassy will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. Please email returns@brassnsassy.com for return information. We will not exchange any item.
